Consultancy
Monarflex has specialists who will survey a site,                                               
then propose materials and cost the project.
They work closely with clients, consulting
engineers, the EA, ADAS and local authorities to
ensure installations are effective.

Manufacture
All geomembranes are manufactured under strict
quality control in Monarflex’s factory. Monarflex
Geomembranes Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2000
company and is independently audited.

Delivery
The logistics of delivering many tonnes of
material to site is something that the Monarflex
team is quite used to dealing with.

Installation
Monarflex geomembrane is factory-welded into
suitably-sized sections before delivery. The
company’s technicians then assemble the lining
on site, before final welding.

Welding
On-site welding is essential for a successful and
long lasting installation. Monarflex technicians
do this using the company’s own speciallydesigned
equipment. The installation of pipe
flanges is also a key part of this stage.

Inspection
Strict quality control is applied at all times during
manufacture and installation and this includes a
final inspection before handover.
