Monarflex RAC
Monarflex RAC membrane is a specially designed membrane with multiple layers consisting of several layers of blown virgin polyethylene (LDPE) film, reinforced polyester scrim and a 12µm aluminum layer laminated together by several coater layers to a tough and durable gas membrane. The membrane consists of 6 layers in total ensuring a gas tight membrane with high mechanical properties. The special composition and properties of each layer of the product make a tight and effective barrier to prevent gas from entering houses and buildings that constitute a health hazard for the inhabitants.

Technical Details

Installation: The membrane shall be installed by the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of BBA certificate 00/3668 = use welded joints where possible.

Installation shall be carried out in accordance with an ISO 9002 Quality Assurance system. On completion of installation a Certification of Conformity to ISO 9002 shall be supplied. Installation must be carried out by Icopal Monarflex Geomembranes directly employed installers.
